Babajide reacts to viral video showing underaged boys & girls attempting to lodge in a hotel
A Facebook user named Funmi Adewola took to her Facebook timeline to share a video which caught the attention of Babajide Kolade Otitoju (BKO), an award-winning investigative journalist in Nigeria.
In the video, some underaged boys and girls were spotted being queried by an adult while attempting to lodge in a hotel. Babajide Kolade Otitoju of TVC News reacted saying, “it is terrible! What is going on please?”
In the viral video, one of the underaged boys was asked of his age and he responded saying, “I am fifteen (15) year-old”. The boy added that he was not the precise person who wanted to take the room but his friends. Attempt made by the adult, who was videoing them, to question the girls was futile because they chose not to answer him when called upon.
Dear esteemed Readers, what are the measures you think the government can put in place to forestall seeing underaged children in hotels? Also, who is to be blamed here; parents or children?
