Buhari orders recall Nigerian Ambassador to South Africa
- As Nigeria pulls out of World Economic Summit
President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday ordered immediate recall of Nigerian Ambassador to South Africa over the xenophobia attack and killing of Nigerians in that country by South Africans and the deliberate neglect of the government duty to protect African citizens resident in the country.
The Nigerian government further demanded full compensation for the citizens killed in South Africa from the south African government.
Nigerian government had earlier on Wednesday pulled out of the ongoing World Economic Summit in South Africa.
Meanwhile, Nigerians have back home taking to destruction of investments owned by South Africans.
