Diaspora Nigerian Ikokwu, bags award in US
A Nigerian Osinigwe Ezenwanyi Vera Ikokwu, has again made the country proud in far away United States of America, where she was honored with the award of “Service to Humanity”.
The award was necessitated based on her numerous charity devotion to Nigerians who are jobless and unskilled.
Recognising her Philanthropic gesture, a pan Anambra Association in Miami Florida, said haven made the country proud, it is only imperative to laud and encourage the Nigerian born, Ikokwu, to continue to impact humanity.
A name dancing around her while called upon to receive her award was “a job creator in the US, a global philanthropist and an empowerment innovator”, a visual perused by our correspondent reports.
Praised as one of the founding members of a local news agency in America, Ikokwu is also the Chief Executive Officer of a non-governmental Organization (NGO), the Heavenly Elderly Charity Arena (HECHARENA), positioned to cater for the elderly.

From what we know, Ikokwu is passionate about humanity and has worked tirelessly to ensure that she makes an impact on the lives of vulnerable Nigerians both within and outside the country.
A citation read about her goes thus: “A Woman of Class, Culture, and Composure. She wins on everything she sets her mind to achieve.
“In recognition of her massive contributions and relations to communities, she has received many rare Community / Traditional Titles, among them are, Ezenwanyi Okija from Igwe Oka-Ije of Okija, Osinigwe Oraifite from Igwe Udoji Ezeigbo VIII of Oraifite.
“A global Entrepreneur with Multinational Successful Companies which includes, Global Heavenly Care (A Global Charity Organization), Heavenly Care Inc. Tennessee (A Human Service Organization), Emvee Inc. (A tax Consultancy Outfit), Suntrust Security, Nigeria LTD ( An Investment Outfit), Heavenly Elderly Charity Arena Foundation (HECHARENA), among others.
“Despite her Superb Economic Success, she invests time and money in pulling thousands of people up, and out of life challenges”, the citation reads.
