DPO Pen Cinema, SP Olatunde retired from the force in a colourful ceremony held in Lagos
- urge serving police men to be honest.

The Divisional Police Officer (DPO)Pen Cinema Agege Lagos state police command, Olatunde Omotayo have urged serving police personnel to exhibit honesty and discipline while discharging their duties as officers and men of the Nigerian police force.
The former Divisional police officer gave the advice during a retirement party organise to honour him at the weekend in Agege area of Lagos. During his official speech the retired officer was full of gratitude to Almighty God you see him through the thirty five years he served the nation. In a separate interview with our Correspondent,the outgoing Divisional Police Officer said one of his gratest achievement during his stay in Agege pen Cinema was no record of major robbery as his pressnce remain dread to criminals. The retired officer with powerful track record had served in various capacity including the Lagos State Task Force before he was redeploy to Pen Cinema Agege as the Divisional Police Officer.

Most of his collegues spoke about him among whom ate High Chief Segun Erikitola (AKA) ORO a retired Supritendent of police (SP). He said the retired officer was his close friend and both of them during the course of Service make out time to visit each other home town as a mark of rubost relationship that lasted for thirty five years. He described the retired officer as well behave and honest super cop.Anothher personality who spoke about the retired cop is Chief Durokifa ( Ekekin of Panada who is also the Charman Lagos Hotel Association Agege. He described the retired DPO as an upright Man who discharged his duties with fear of God. he did very well here as a DPO i wish him well in his future endeavours. Others that spoke about the retired cop are Fatai Dosunmu Supritendent of police retired who described the retired DPO as an excellent officer who posses a special gift in the security proffession. He advice the retired officer to keep it up not to allow the gift to die ” I will advice him to set up a Security company”

Another officer to spoke well about the retired DPO is James Olorunfemi an Assistant Supritendent of police (ASP) he said the retired DPO is a super cop who perform excellently during the course of the season.He Pray for him to succeed in his future endeavours. Those present during the ceremony include the Divisional police officer Shogunle CSP Rotimi Durojaiye, Divisional police officer Elere,CSP Olarenwaju Smith, Divisional Police Officer Dopemu CSP Stephen Abolarin and Divisional Police Officer Albatoir division Ajayi who was promoted recently to the rank of Assistant Commisioner of police (ACP). Other personalities at the event include Chief Agunbiade Oloruntoyin Bashorun of Atobaje Land Agege and former Administrative officer (AO) pen Cinema police division mr Arowolo Olabode.
The gavanise the ceremony the Station Officer (SO) pen Cinema police division Supol Rotimi was call to the podium to some word about his retired boss. The Station Officer was full of smile as he hold on to the microphone he simply described his boss as one of the best man to work with because he had a good heart “my DPO easily forgive any officer the offend him he take all of us as his children. I wish him well in his future endeavours we love you sir” S/O said.
