FG to lose N90m as Railway workers embark on 3-day warning strike
The Federal government is set to lose N90 million as the Nigerian Railway workers begin a three-day warning strike today November 18.
The workers began the strike action today November 18. They are demanding among other things better welfare of staff, enhanced salary, better working environment, payment of their promotional arrears, demolition of their staff quarters among other grievances.
Angry rail workers ensured the gates to the NRC train platform as well as the premises of the corporation were securely locked, leaving so many passengers stranded today.
