Gani Adams replies to Miyetti Allah on cow going for ₦2m in Southern
The Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yoruba land, Iba Gani Adams has replied the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, MACBAN, for saying that a single cow could cost ₦2 million if anti open grazing law is passed in Southern parts of the country.
While speaking, Gani Adams made it clear that the people of southern Nigeria, most especially the Yoruba people in the south west region will start eating fish if the price of cow rises up to 2 million Naira.
According to Sahara Reporters report, Gani Adams made this disclosure today, Wednesday while speaking as a guest on Punch Online interview. He therefore made it known that the north can’t threaten the south with the price of cow.
He went on and commended the southern governors for banning open grazing across the 17 southern states, making it clear that countries are moving towards creating a secure environment for their people.
