Global excitement builds as Healing Streams Live Services returns October 23
The Healing Streams Live Healing Services with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome will hold from October 23 to 25, 2026, with organisers announcing preparations for a three-day global religious broadcast focused on faith, healing and evangelism.
The programme, scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. daily (West Africa Time), will be streamed worldwide, with free registration open to participants through the official website, healingstreams.org.
Organisers said the October edition would be the final Healing Streams event of 2026, with churches, ministries, volunteers and individuals mobilising participants and establishing local Healing Centres to enable people to join the programme.
The broadcast is expected to reach audiences across different countries, with translations into multiple languages and major dialects.
Participants registering through the website can indicate whether they or their loved ones need healing and access preparatory faith classes and materials, according to the organisers.
Pastor Chris calls for global mobilisation
Oyakhilome, convener of the programme, has urged churches and ministers worldwide to participate in the mobilisation ahead of the event.
Speaking during a recent Global Communion Service, he said the programme would provide an opportunity for people to encounter the Christian message and seek God’s intervention in their lives.
“We have to mobilize all that the Lord has given us authority to control and to influence. Get everyone ready for Healing Streams. We can change their world,” he said.

The cleric also expressed expectations of reported healing experiences involving people with different health conditions, including those who have struggled with illnesses and physical disabilities.
He encouraged participants to prepare for the event through prayer and engagement with biblical teachings.
The organisers said the programme was open to everyone, not only people seeking physical healing, but also those interested in strengthening their faith and receiving the Christian message.
Organisers cite testimonies from previous editions
According to the organisers, previous editions have generated testimonies from participants who reported improvements in their health and personal circumstances.
Among the accounts highlighted from the July edition was that of José Marín of Panama, who reportedly experienced relief from severe leg and spinal pain following an accident.
Another testimony involved Vanessa of Canada, who said symptoms associated with type 2 diabetes, including burning sensations and swelling in her feet, improved after her participation.
Organisers also cited the experience of Pauline Atu from Cross River State, who reportedly regained greater mobility after experiencing arthritis-related pain.
In Vietnam, a participant identified as Cheany reported an improvement in her son’s condition after he had spent 28 days on a ventilator following a collapsed right lung.
These accounts were presented by the programme’s organisers as testimonies of healing. The information provided did not include independent medical documentation confirming the reported recoveries or establishing that participation in the event caused the improvements.
Road to Healing Streams returns for Season 18
As part of the preparations, the organisers have introduced the 18th season of Road to Healing Streams, a daily broadcast featuring activities and testimonies ahead of the main event.
The programme is scheduled to air on Healing Streams TV at noon and 4:00 p.m. (West Africa Time) daily until Thursday, October 22.
According to the organisers, the broadcasts will feature churches, ministries and volunteers participating in prayer initiatives, evangelism, community outreach and the establishment of local Healing Centres.
A global 24-hour prayer initiative is also continuing ahead of the three-day programme, with participants praying for the sick and others expected to attend.
Participants express expectations
Prospective participants from different countries have expressed expectations of healing, restoration and spiritual renewal during the October edition.
Sakshi Telure of India said she was looking forward to the programme and planned to share information about it with friends and family.
Shabib of Nigeria expressed hope that the event would bring relief from longstanding health challenges, including pain associated with a spinal injury.
Vanessa of Canada said she hoped the broadcast would reach people who had lost hope, while Steve of Germany anticipated testimonies of healing and spiritual transformation.
The live services will be broadcast on Healing Streams TV, LoveWorld Networks and selected terrestrial television and radio stations, according to the organisers.
With registration free and participation open internationally, the October 23–25 programme is expected to draw viewers from different countries for three days of worship, prayer and religious teaching.
