Gunmen about Anglican priest, wife, children in Delta
Gunmen have reportedly kidnapped an Anglican priest, Rev Agbadamashi Emmanuel, his wife and children.
The incident occurred along the East-West road by Evwreni junction on Friday, October 6.
It was gathered that the cleric and members of his family were travelling from Ughelli to Uwheru community, in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State when the gunmen attacked and kidnapped them.

As of the time of this report, the cleric and his family are still in captivity.
The Public Relations Officer of the Anglican Communion, Ughelli Diocese, Hon Justice Iyasere confirmed the report in a telephone chat with our correspondent in Warri.
He, however, could not confirm if the kidnappers have made any demand for ransom.
When contacted, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe promised to get back to our correspondent as soon as he gets information from the police division.
