Gunmen storm construction site in Owo, 2 workers sustain injury from shootings
Gunmen stormed a construction site in Owo, Ondo State, shooting sporadically. Two workers of the construction company were said to have sustained injuries from gunshots by the gunmen who invaded the construction site of Craneburg Construction Company, Owo. The gunmen were said to have struck on Wednesday evening.
The Ondo State Police Command had in a tweet, highlighted: “Tonight, there was a shooting incident at Craneburg Construction Company, Owo.
“Policemen are currently at the scene; victims have been taken to hospital and they are in stable condition.”
The gunmen, numbering two, had stormed the scene of attack in a bus at about 9.00pm, shooting sporadically. They were said to be in possession of explosive device.
