The complainant, who resides in Rigasa Area of Kaduna, told the court that Mustapha abandoned her for two years with no food and shelter.
“He travelled to Cote d’Ivoire in 2019. Since than, I not heard from him.
”I have been the one taking care of myself with the little I earn from dry cleaning jobs. I am tired and I want a divorce”, she said.
The judge, Malam Salisu Abubakar-Tureta, asked Nuhu to present her witnesses by April 6.
