Ighalo bangs in first goal for Manchester United
The Nigerian international, Odion Ighalo, on Thursday hit the net for the first time to open goal scoring for Manchester United, a top club in the English Premiership League, competing in this year’s Europa League.
Report indicated that Ighalo utilized a well-placed back pass from Juan Mata to hit the net for Man U in the 34th minute in the second leg of Europa League match against FC Brugge on Thursday. Ighalo’s goal took Man U to 3 goals lead in the game; Bruno Fernandes, a new signing, and Scott McTominway had already scored one goal each for Man U in the home game.
Ighalo had showed flashes of brilliance and did not disappoint his coach who game him more playing time in the game.
