Popular aphrodisiac dealer Jaruma has published names of celebs she splashed with hundreds of millions of naira—for a refund.

The arm-chair  First Female President of Nigeria named talent manager Ubi Franklin, ex-BBN Tacha and others to refund some amounts she claimed to have given them
