Kada city and Gombe United through to the NPFL
Kada City and Gombe United teams have gotten promotion to the NPFL after they play at a goalless draw in the last group game of the Northern conference.
Both teams ended with 5 points each, with this result Kada city will now play in the NPFL for the first time in the history of the club, while Gombe United returns back to the NPFL after the got relegated last season. This means Gombe United and Kada City are the first teams to get through to the NPFL while Bendel Insurance, Remo Stars and Shooting stars are still slugging it out for who will take the two Bet9ja super 8 tickets left.
The NPFL will still kick-off this weekend as defending champion lobi star will not be in parade as they will be in continental duty against Mamelodi Sundown.
While the four teams that secure promotion will be excused in match day 1 of the NPFL.
