Kidnapped mother of PDP leader in Edo regains freedom
The Mother of a notable stakeholder in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State, Engr. Shaibu Abu, who was kidnapped on March 2, 2022, by some unknown gunmen was released on Friday.
Engr. Shaibu Abu, Managing Director of Danisco Hotel Aviele, and PDP aspirant for Constituency 1 of the Edo State House of Assembly, celebrated the release of his mother by the kidnappers on Friday, giving thanks to God, and everyone for their calls, encouragement, and prayers for the safe release of his beloved mother.
The kidnap incident threw the family into uneasiness for the period she was in captivity.
