Lagos reschedules traffic diversion from Ogudu–Oworonshoki Bridge

The Lagos State Government on Friday said that traffic diversion for repair of the Ogudu–Oworonshoki Bridge had been rescheduled.
The state Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, in a statement in Lagos, indicated that a new date for the repair works and traffic diversion would be announced.
According to the Commissioner, “The state government remains committed to ensuring public safety and minimal disruption during infrastructure upgrades.
“We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and continued cooperation.”
The bridge repair was scheduled to start from May 13 and end on Sept. 23.
