Liverpool suffer shocking 4-1 defeat by Napoli in opening Champions League game
Liverpool were on Wednesday defeated 4-1 by Napoli in their opening Group A game at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Italy.
Napoli scored three goals in the first half, and one goal in the second half, while Luis Diaz scored the only goal for Liverpool to reduce the margin of defeat.
Napoli have kept clean record of defeating Liverpool in three home matches of their Champions League group games.
Liverpool went back to England to return to the drawing board.
