1. According to research, it can cause bone fractures in women. This has to do with taking three or more glasses of milk a day and it is linked to the presence of a kind of sugar called D-galactose in milk. So consuming milk regularly or too frequently can increase a woman’s risk of osteoporosis and other bone related issues.

2. High consumption of milk is linked to higher chance or risk of developing prostate cancer. The sugar found in milk can also raise a woman’s risk of ovarian cancer. So you need to cut down on how you consume milk for your own good and for the sake of your health.
3. Drinking milk regularly may also trigger appearance of acne in young adults. This is yet another serious side effect of drinking milk regularly many know nothing about. So for your own good, you have to cut down on how you consume or drink milk to reduce your risk of acne especially one triggered by milk consumption.
4. It May worsen some health conditions such as eczema. Consumption of milk and other dairy products have the capability of worsening eczema.
