Man on the run after shooting his neighbour, stepson to death
Police operatives in the U.S. are currently on a manhunt for a 47-year-old man, Jason Pass, who shot and killed a father and his stepson in a Brooklyn apartment hallway during an argument over noise on Sunday night, October 29.
A surveillance camera in the hallway captured the chilling moment the disgruntled neighbour pulled out a gun and shot and killed the deceased, identified as Bladimy Mathurin, 47, and his 27-year-old stepson Chinwai Mode.

The footage shows Pass, who lives on the third floor of 1418 Brooklyn Ave, confronting his neighbours who live directly on top of him.
At one point, the surveillance video appears to show Mathurin hold a pair of scissors to Pass’ neck as his wife tries to pull him away. Seconds later Pass shot the deceased multiple times before taking the elevator and calmly fleed the scene.
