Men arrested for exhuming human skulls, body parts at cemetery
Two middle-aged men who have been identified as one Alfa Yunusa Atikoko and Wasiu Ajikanle, have been arrested by OOC and Amotekun for exhuming 16 skulls and body parts from a burial ground at Kilometer 1, Moniya-Iseyin Road, Iseyin, Oyo State.
The two men were arrested with corpses and body parts already stashed in their sacks along the Alamole area by men of Odua People’s Congress and Yoruba Revolutionary Movement.
According to The Daily Trust, a witness said that the suspects have been handed over to the police for further investigation and prosecution.
The state police command is yet to comment on their arrest.
