A ministerial nominee of President Bola Tinubu, former Governor Ibrahim Geidam of Yobe State, on Friday appeared for screening at the senate with the aid of a walking stick.

However, it could not be ascertained whether the former governor, said to be 67 years old, used the walking stick as support for injury or any other purpose.
