Mixed reactions as Rotimi Amaechi vows not to complete major project if he doesn’t become president

Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is a well-known Nigerian politician who is presently working in President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet as the minister of transportation. He took to Instagram, the world’s most popular photo-sharing app, to declare that if he does not become Nigeria’s next president, he will not finish major projects.

In a video that went viral on social media platforms, the former Governor of Rivers State, commonly known as Amaechi, was allegedly heard declaring that the project under his watch will be done as soon as he becomes President of the country.

While canvassing for support, the former Governor appealed to Nigerians to make the right choice for the betterment of the country.

In his words,

“If iI doesn’t become the president of Nigeria Forget Warri’s $11.1 Billion railway project” -he said.
