Nigeria Professional Footballers entitled to relief fund 2020 – FIFA
The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) Switzerland has unveiled a program for distressed footballers worldwide and wishes to inform the general public that Footballers who are been owed salaries and emoluments by their Clubs are entitled to compensation from FIFA.,National Daily learnt.
Assessment of claims by Footballers shall be done by each country’s Players Union and forwarded to the FIFA Secretariat by 30th June 2020.
The claim periods covered is between 2015 – 2019 season and also the extended period of the COVID-19 period.
Only valid claims forwarded through the appropriate channels and within the stipulated window will be processed for approval and payment.
