Nollywood vet Oniga dies
Nollywood star Racheal Oniga, is dead.
Her death followed a series of others recently in Nigeria’s movie industry.
The most recent being that of entertainer Sound Sultan.
The cause Oniga’s death, according to her son Olatunji, was malaria and typhoid.
She died around 10 pm Friday.
She was last seen I public when Lagos Gov Babajide Sanwo Olu gifted her an apartment in Ikorodu recently.
Oniga, who was a veteran actress, featured in over a hundred movies, including Out of Bounds, Sango, Hibiscus Hotel, and others.
She was 64.
