Notorious bandit lynchpin captured
Notorious bandit leader Alhaji Goma Samaila has lost his dread.

He was caught Friday evening.
Samaila was involved in lots of cattle rustling, high-profile abduction, and large-scale killing.
Weeks ago, the military stepped up its offensive on the criminals who have occupied the ungoverned spaces of the region.
Parts of the measure taken in the renewed war o banditry include shutting down telecoms service in Zamfara, Sokoto, and Katsina, staunching their supply of food and fuel, among others.
