Oborevwori celebrates Speaker Guwor on 46th birthday, commends leadership
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, as he marks his 46th birthday on April 1.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori joined the state legislature, Warri South-West constituents, friends, and family in celebrating Guwor, describing him as a leader destined for greatness.
The Governor lauded Guwor for his unwavering commitment to good governance, legislative excellence, and the overall development of Delta State.
He particularly praised the Speaker’s leadership in maintaining legislative harmony, which has fostered a productive relationship between the legislature and other arms of government.
“Under your keen leadership, the state parliament has maintained a peaceful atmosphere and consistently prioritized the timely passage of Bills that directly improve the lives of our people,” Oborevwori stated.

He further acknowledged Guwor’s dedication to enacting people-centered legislation in line with the administration’s MORE Agenda, aimed at advancing development across the state.
“On behalf of my family, the government, and the people of Delta, I celebrate with you, our dear Speaker, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on your 46th birth anniversary,” the Governor said.
“Mr. Speaker, I commend your wisdom in carrying out the duties of your office. As Deltans, we appreciate your commitment to enacting policies that promote good governance and improve lives. I take great pride in the achievements you and your colleagues have made in passing crucial Bills and Resolutions that align with our vision for a better Delta State.”
Governor Oborevwori concluded his message with prayers for Guwor’s continued good health, fulfillment, and a long life dedicated to the service of Delta State and humanity.
