One dies as 12 passengers survive crash in Lagos
Twelve passengers of a commercial bus were rescued from a crash close to the Otedola Bridge in Lagos on Tuesday.
According to a statement from the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, men of the agency rescued the victims who were trapped inside a commercial bus that ran into a petrol tanker by Secretariat before Oando Filling Station inward Otedola Bridge, Lagos.
LASTMA said, preliminary investigation revealed that the commercial bus had a brake failure and ran into a tanker while on motion by Otedola Bridge.
Unfortunately, one of the accident victims died instantly.
