Overcrowding: Six UNICAL students pass out during an exam
No fewer than six students of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), Cross River State, pa$$ed out during an exam at the school’s premises on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
It was gathered that the 100-level medical sciences students faint£d and were rushed to the hospital due to overcrowding and the struggle to get into the exam hall.

In the video obtained, the students could be seen being rushed into a shuttle by their colleagues.
“At least six students pa$$ed out today while we were taking chemistry exam. The crowd was too much and people were literally falling on themselves,” a student told Instablog9ja.
