The Christian Youths in Politics (CYP), a faith based group geared towards galvanizing support for youthful Nigerian Christians in politics irrespective of political affiliations has paid a courtesy call on Pastor Enoch Adeboye the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God for fatherly blessing.
CYP in her quest to ensure a god-fearing person in the position of authority at different strata of governance in Nigeria, identified with the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) gubernatorial candidate of Ogun state Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo who was there on appointment with the revered cleric of repute.
The RCCG G.O after a special parley with Oguntoyinbo in his office later met with the CYP team and also laid hands to pray on each and everyone for the divine initiative.

He charged them to never relent in the good works embarked on, noting that it a good step in the right direction to fix Nigeria.
The CYP BoT member Princess Kolawole who led the delegation note that the passion to ensure the group makes much more impact in the political arena had always been the drive.
According to her, “if Christian’s continued to shy away from partisan politics then individuals void of any form of Christ likeness will populate the political scene and life will become quite unbearable for all.
“I urge us all to take active part in how our leaders emerge so as to determine a better future, it is in our hands to berth a new Nigeria where all will be well with all of us.”
