Plateau LGA boss, Usman, congratulates President Tinubu on his inauguration
The Jos North Local Government Chairman Amb. Shehu Bala Usman has congratulated the new President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his hitch free inauguration as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
A statement by the LGA Chairman urged the President to rally support of Nigerians to revamp the nation’s socio-economic situation, as well as improve security of the country.
The politician said the two major areas of human life mentioned need to be worked on so that Nigerians who have their hope of a better nation will be fulfilled under the new administration.
He said: “The hopes are high and expectations about a new, better Nigeria in which the lives of our people will change for the better.
“These changes are important in our socioeconomic and security aspects so that we can have a Nigeria without fear of insecurity.”
Usman said God has chosen Tinubu, adding that the President will do all within its means to change the fortunes of Nigerians for the best.
According to him: “We believe God gives power to whoever He chooses, we thank God for considering Tinubu worthy of that rare grace.
God will enable him to do well and meet the expectations of ordinary Nigerians.
“The moments at hand are complex but God will simplify it via his divine and people-oriented policies and programmes, these we pray that we shall experience under the new administrations”, Usman said.
