Pogba keen on Bernabeu move
Paul Pogba has reportedly told Manchester United he wants to leave Old Trafford this summer and join Real Madrid, according to reports in Spain.
The United midfielder had previously called a move to Real a ‘dream’, and has been connected with a move to the Bernabeu ever since.
AS report that Pogba is ‘very clear’ that United will not win major titles next season, and has decided that he wants to play under Real manager Zinedine Zidane.
The report goes on to say that Pogba has therefore asked United directors to facilitate a transfer to Madrid, and adds that the midfielder has agreed a €12m-a-year contract (£10.3m).
However, United are said to be holding out for at least €150m (£129m), and will not consider selling Pogba for anything less after signing him for £89m from Juventus in 2016, the report claims. MEN Sport understands Pogba is not for sale at any price this summer, however.

It is also suggested that Gareth Bale could be used as a bargaining chip in any negotiations between United and Madrid after Zinedine Zidane has decided the Welshman is no longer needed.
Meanwhile, its being reported by that Christian Eriksen has been identified as a key transfer target who would become central to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s summer rebuild.
Real Madrid are also said to be interested in Eriksen, who would cost at least £60m and is yet to sign a new deal at Spurs which would double his £70,000-a-week wages.
