Police Affairs Minister explains why Buhari cannot visit families, states to pay condolences
Minister of Police Affairs, Maigari Dingyadi has explained why President Muhammadu Buhari cannot visit all families and states affected by banditry.
Dingyadi who gave an explanation in an interview on BBC Hausa, said attacks and killings by bandits are too frequent for the President to visit all those places.
He said;
“These attacks are happening almost on a daily basis and is not possible for the president to visit all the places for condolences. And if you send a delegation, it is as if you were there, is all the same.”
The minister added that security operatives in the country are working tirelessly to checkmate the activities of bandits.
