Retired military intelligence officer declared wanted shocks DHQ
Retired Nigerian Navy Commodore, Kunle Olawunmi the Defence Headquarters said it invited—though the media reported he was declared wanted—has eventually heeded the invitation, but in a manner that will shock the military
He arrived at the Military Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA), August 31, Abuja a few days after he was declared wanted by the agency.
Accompanying him was Lagos lawyer Femi Falana and Abubakar Marshall, as seen in photo Sahara Reporters published.
Olawunmi hammered the President Muhammadu Buhari presidency as shielding the terrorists, alleging there were those his intel confirmed are terrorist backers in the current administration.
‘I cannot begin to mention names here,” he said during the Channels TV interview last week.
But the DHQ said they only invited him to come and help.
