Shehu Sani laments killing of Catholic Rev Father by kidnappers in Edo after Kaduna
Senator Shehu Sani has lamented the killing of Reverend Father Christopher Odia by kidnappers in Edo State. He had a feeling that that it is worrisome that Reverend Father Odia was killed in Edo State after the killing of a Catholic Reverend Father in Kaduna State.
Shehu Sani in a post on his official twitter handle Senator Shehu Sani, @ShehuSani wrote: “After that of Kaduna then Edo.”
Rev. Fr. Christopher Odia was killed less than 24 hours bandits killed Rev Fr. Vitus Borogo on his farmland in Kaduna.
Reverend Father Christopher Odia was kidnapped in Ikabigbo Community, Etsako West Local Government Area, Edo State, on Sunday morning, and killed later in the day during a search and rescue operation of local vigilante group. The kidnappers also killed a member of the vigilante group during shootout in the search and rescue operations.
