Shehu Sani reacts after Pastor Chris Okotie asked Peter Obi and Tinubu to step down for him
Nigerian politician, Shehu Sani, has taken to social media to air his opinion, following the request of Nigerian clergyman, Chris Okotie, that 2023 Presidential candidates, Peter Obi and Bola Ahmed Tinubu, should withdraw from the presidential race, and allow him to rule the country in 2023.
Recall that founder and pastor of Household of God Church, Chris Okotie, had on Sunday, called on incumbent president, Muhammadu Buhari, that he should step down for him to take over the country as the interim president in 2023.
Chris Okotie further called on 2023 presidential candidates under the APC and Labour Party, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Peter Obi respectively, as he advised them to withdraw from the 2023 presidential race, and allow him to rule the country, adding that his tenure as the next president of Nigeria will be much more better.
And so, following the request of the clergyman to President Muhammadu Buhari and the presidential candidates, former aspirant of Kaduna state governorship election, Shehu Sani, took to his official Twitter account to react, as he advised Pastor Chris Okotie to revive his political party and join the race for the office of the presidency, rather than telling 2023 presidential candidates, Peter Obi and Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to step down for him as the next president of Nigeria in 2023.
