SILVER PACIFIC HOMES gives car, all expense paid trip abroad to sales consultants @ 6th anniversary

Resolved to help bridge the gap of the ever increasing housing deficit index in Nigeria,the Managing Director of Silver Pacific Homes, Mr Samuel Ikoje has disclosed that the real estate firm will afford an additional 500 affordable housing unit in the next four years.
Mr. Ikoje gave the hint of the company’s envisaged target in the housing industry, at a gathering organised to commemorate its sixth years anniversary.
“Six years of connecting the dots in the real estate space is not a child’s play,the years ahead would be all about bridging the housing deficit gap in Nigeria starting from our immediate reach.
“All our marketing/sales consultants should support the brand in reaching her dream of providing 500 affordable housing unit before the 10th year anniversary.” Said Ikoje.
The event theme: ‘CONNECTING THE DOTS’, witnessed a huge turnout of stakeholders in the real estate business,many of whom were eventual recipients of mouth watering awards and prizes, amongst which includes an all expense paid trip to Dubai and more.
Mr. Adeniyi Opebiyi, the General Manager Silver Pacific Homes in his brief remarks reaffirms the poise of the company to up their games in the delivery of better deals to customers home and abroad,he also assured clients and marketers of unfettered brand continuity plan.
Stressing further that their trade mark of consistency and prompt delivery of products will not change in the next phase of the brand.
The Guest Speaker,Mr. Charles O’ Tudor, the group principal consultant Adstrant Brand Management in his keynote speech on the theme of the programme,CONNECTING THE DOTS, expounded on the nitty gritty of the industry as he charges real estate companies present of the need to offer a worthwhile homes experience.
While connecting the prospects and emotions of clients to make the process seamless, from acquisitions of title documents and making good all other promises.
In all a total of 50 sales consultants bags the Sales Icon Award as well as the Sales Giants award,which varies; BRG, UVR, SABISELL and BMG.
An elated Royal Father of the day, Chief A.S ABIMBOLA, the Ologun Abire1 of Opada Town, Kogi State also received an award.
Other dignitaries and marketing consultants present at the epoch making event includes; Mrs Diana Oguwo, Pastor and Pastor Mrs Clinton, Mr Ojo Solo MD Hybridsoft Limited and Mr Olatujoye Oluwatosin MD Zylus Homes and Properties.
In the highlight of the event,ten sales consultants won an all expense paid trip to Dubai, these includes; Paul Vincent, Victor Jimba, Bamidele Okikiolu, Gbolahan Oseni, Olaniran Odulami, Victor Jimba, Adetuwo Anuoluwapo, Mosses Isunueo, Adegbile Victor and Oluwaseun Yusuff.
Mr. Victor Jimba also won a V8 Volvo XC90 Model being the top sales consultant for the 2020. The event was held at skymall cinema in Sangotedo area in Lagos.
