Yunus Akgün doubled Galatasaray’s lead in the 28th minute with a powerful effort before Alexey Batrakov extended the advantage in the 49th minute.
Rafael Leão completed the emphatic victory in the 55th minute, converting a penalty to make it 4-0.
The result extended Galatasaray’s winning run following their 2-1 victory over city rivals Fenerbahçe in Monday’s Istanbul derby, where Osimhen scored twice.
The Nigerian striker found the net in the 29th and 44th minutes to secure the derby victory, taking his league goal tally to eight before Friday’s encounter.
His latest strike against Konyaspor increased his tally to nine league goals this season, further strengthening his position among the competition’s leading scorers.
Galatasaray entered the match at the top of the standings with 22 points from nine matches. Friday’s victory took their tally to 25 points from 10 games, allowing them to maintain their position at the summit.
The Turkish champions will now look to maintain their impressive form as they continue their pursuit of another Süper Lig title.
