Terrorists occupy Borno town, plead for calm
A town is currently occupied by ISWAP terrorists who are patrolling and urging the citizens to stay calm.
The town is Dikwa in the northeastern state of Borno State.
The militants took control of the town after security operatives withdrew yesterday..
A humanitarian worker in Dikwa town said the Nigerian military might be preparing for possible offensive to reclaim the town.
Also a resident disclosed that the militants set Dikwa Local Government Secretariat complex ablaze this morning at about 08:00 am.
Military authorities are yet to speak on the attack.
