The death of Constable Emmanuel was planned – Driver of bullion van reveals
The driver who was driving the bullion van with the deceased Constable Emmanuel Osei has finally revealed the truth about the death of the police officer.
In an interview with Angel TV’s morning show, the driver stated unequivocally that the armed robbers who shot the constable were in a taxi.
“What astounds me is that they shot the cop first before shooting at me from behind in the bullion van, where my back was repeatedly shot. This means they were already aware of where Constable Emmanuel Osei was sitting. To make their job easier, they eliminated him first, in the blink of an eye. One of the armed robber’s taxi passengers shot him dead, “the driver said.
