Tinubu’s ally, Lanre Rasaq, dies at 74

A political ally of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Lanre Rasaq, is dead. He died on Saturday morning at the age of 74 years.

Lanre Rasaq was a member of the Governing council of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos State.

National Daily gathered that the renowned businessman and politician, Lanre Rasaq, also known as KLM, died in the early hours of Saturday after a brief illness.

Rasaq was the Balogun of Epeland and Fiwagbade of Lagos.

Chief Rasaq was a member of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) and was a Deputy National Chairman of the party before the fusion of the legacy parties that formed the APC.
