Trailer crushes 100-level FUOYE student to death on his way to submit an assignment
An 100-level student of the Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), Taiwo Gbolahan, was on Friday morning crushed to death by a trailer along Ikole secretariat road, Ekiti State.
It was gathered that the deceased, who’s the class governor of quantity survey, was on his way to summit an assignment when he met his untimely de@th.
According to a source, “We lost our class governor in the early hours of today, he died on his way to submit an assignment. Our lecturer had insisted that the assignment must be submitted before 8 AM and he asked all of us to summit our assignments to our class governor who must bring it to his office before the stipulated time.
The class governor had to take a bike to meet up with the deadline. Sadly, a trailer rammed into the bike he boarded and crushed him to death.”
