U.S. Actor files suit against Disney over discrimination, denial of vaccine religious exemption
An American Actor, Rockmond Dunbar, has filed a suit challenging Disney and its production company 20th Television, over discrimination and denial of religious exemption against the COVID-19 vaccine, which compelled him to quit the hit Fox show 9-1-1 against his wish.
Dunbar protested that he forced to exit from the show because of instances of discrimination over his decline to accept the CVID-19 vaccine. It was noted that it was mandatory in the updated protocols on the series that all actors on 9-1-1 must be fully vaccinated.
Dunbar had applied for both a medical and religious exemption, the medical exemption he needed because of an undisclosed disability. He complained that Disney rejected the exemptions and compelled him to quit the shows.
The suit is still pending in court.
There has been an upsurge of cases in Europe and America questioning governments’ abuse of power, including attacks on democracy, civil liberties, and use of mass surveillance under the COVID-19 regime.
The added to the law suit a U.S. Actor filed challenging Disney TV of discrimination, denial of vaccine exemption. The COVID-19 vaccine mandate imposed on citizens at a time the virus was winding down and being found to be less harmful than initially propagated, has generated numerous legal suits, including mass protests in many countries of the world.
