Weeks to his first big show, 23-yr-old comedian found dead in apartment

Onomuakpokpo Ogheneochukome, popularly known as Brakin Face was found dead, even decomposing, inside his apartment after days of search.

Brakin was billed to host his first show titled “Outsyd with Brakin Face” on November 27th, in Warri. Superstars I the industry were already scheduled to perform there.

But he got missing Friday, and friends and relatives had been searching for the 23-year-old comedian and social media influencer.

The Police Public Relations Officer for Delta State Command, DSP Bright Edafe, told journalists Brakin was found dead in his apartment on Otomiewo Street, Ekpan in Uvwie, Delta, on Sunday morning.

Nobody could tell the last time he appeared in public, prompting suspicion he might have been killed.

As last resort, friends and family members visited his house and broke into the apartment where they found his already decomposing body.

A colleague of his said there was no mark or injury on his body.

Brakin Face’s remains have been deposited at a morgue awaiting autopsy.
