West Ham to sell Payet
West Ham have decided to sell their wantaway midfielder Dimitri Payet. The player has declared his desire to leave the Hammer this January. Manager Slaven Bilic siad the player had refused to train or take part in club activities to force a way out of the London side.
West Ham rejected a £20 million bid, plus £2.5 million in add-ons, from the player’s former club Marseille earlier this week, with the club taking the stance that Payet would not be sold in this transfer window.
The Frenchman has scored two goals and registered six assists in the Premier League this term, with West Ham sitting in 13th place in the table.
