Poor diet can have long-term negative impacts on the brain, such as brain cell degeneration.
– Lack of Sleep
Sleep deprivation makes it difficult for the brain to function correctly. If you’ve ever misplaced your keys or lost your way home and can’t remember where you put them, you’ve undoubtedly experienced momentary memory loss due to a lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation has been linked to cognitive problems.
