2023: APC govs, others besiege Ladoja’s house
The ruling APC is leaving no stone unturned, many believe, in its preparation to remain in power and win more states come 2023.
No fewer than three APC governors and a former Speaker of House of Reps besieged the Ibadan home of a major political power broker in Oyo August 15.
Former Gov. Rasheed Ladoja hosted Govs Abubakar Badaru, Atiku Bagudu, and embattled caretaker chairman Mala Buni, ex-Speaker Dimeji Bankole, among others.
Ladoja, since he left the PDP in 2007, has been moving from Labour Party to his own Accord Party with alliances traced to the major parties as situations demand.
The Sunday meeting lasted for less than one hour, and the details of the meeting remains a secret.
