2023: Reps candidate to host Super Eagles legends to kick-start campaign
The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Dawakin-Tofa, Rimingado and Tofa Federal Constituency, Abba Ganduje, says he will host the Super Eagles legends in Kano to kick-start campaign for the party’s presidential flag candidate, Bola Tinubu.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Director of the Tinubu/Shettima campaign support group, Baffa Dan’Agundi, on Tuesday in Kano.
He explained that the legends would mobilise support for Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, in the state and the country as a whole.
Dan’Agundi explained that the legends would be in Kano on the 10th of December 2022.
“President Muhammadu Buhari will be the special guest on the occasion.
“Preparations are in top gear with the local organizing committee in Kano with the blessings of Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje.
“The details of the programme will be communicated in the first week of December,” he said.
Dan’Agundi also described Tinubu as a flag bearer with records of good governance and thus, well prepared to rule Nigeria.
He further stated that the APC and its presidential candidate, Tinubu, would emerge victorious in the 2023 general elections.
