Gov Yahaya Inuwa wins re-election in gombe
Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Saturday governorship election on Sunday emerged the winner of the election in the state with 342,821 votes, defeating Mohammed Jibrin Barde of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who had 233,131, while Ahmed Mailantarki of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) 19,861 votes, and Keftin Amuga of the Labour Party (LP) 1,753 votes.
