    You guys are absolutely right, I was actually wondering why am having vision problems then I discovered it occured mostly when I eat garri and am a type that love garri alot. So what do you think is the solution to this?

    All I am reading about Garri in this article are negative comments.

    However, Garri has a lot of advantages based on how it is processed.

    Garri is a food type that is rich in probiotics based on the fact that it has gone through the process of fermentation .The probiotics become active in the garri during the fermentation process. The longer the fermentation, the higher the probiotics level.

    Probiotics is good for the human body.
    Probiotics are a combination of live beneficial bacteria or yeasts that lives in the human body. We have the good bacteria that the human body NEEDS.
    However, if Garri is not taken in the right proportion,way or manner one can experience some of the bad effects discussed in the above article. …..my take.
