NCC mandates licensees to update contact information by January 9, 2025

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has issued a directive requiring all licensees to update their contact information through the Commission’s eServices platform by January 9, 2025. 4. Details of Contact Personnel: Licensees must include the names, roles, and contact information of personnel responsible for regulatory communication with the NCC.

To update their contact details, licensees are instructed to visit the NCC’s eServices platform at https://eservices.ncc.gov.ng. Adherence to this directive is essential for facilitating effective regulatory processes and promoting transparency in the sector.
