4 effective ways to cleanse your lungs (for smokers)
1. Orange: oranges are rich in vitamins, the contain citric acid which is effective. As a smoker, you are adviced to take oranges almost like everyday in order to cleanse your lungs from the black tar and nicotine.
2. Ginger: Ginger is also a good herb to help with flushing of the lungs. Grind or pound ginger into paste and boil. Sieve and drink it hot. You can add little sugar so it can taste nice.
3. Lemon/ lime: Lemon or lime is another effective method used in clearing black tar from cigarettes and nicotine from the body. All you need to do is get some juicy lime or lemon, squeeze the juice into a cup, boil a cup of your regular local black tea or green tea then add into you lemon or lime juice. Add a little quantity of sugar. This method is advisable you take at night before going to bed.
4. Soda water: Soda water is advisable for smokers. If you feel to lazy to do any of the above mentioned processes, then you can go for soda water which is sold at every corner of your community at a very affordable price.
It is best advised that you quit smoking. The earlier you quit the more chances of you not contracting any smoking related diseases like asthma, bronchitis, cancer and other related diseases.
